Q-Menu doesnt show text

i cant read text in the Q-Menu how to make that it shows up??

i have teh setting set on minimal but it hasent functioned i also re-installed steam but.. it doesnt take efect

Text is shown now in Q-menu.

But the C-menu(context menu) doesnt appear to me in Crossover Games 7.1.1

Anyone else experiencing this problem?
