Bascally works with 18.1.0

Tried today with win10-64 bottle. Had to manually install .NET 4.5 beforehand since GarminExpress gets frozen while installing .NET.

There are some minor graphical glitches but the software detects my Garmin SatNav (BMW Motorrad Navigator V) and says it is up-to-date (which it really is). Could not test yet if updating maps does work.

Tried updating maps and software. Software looked like it worked, then didn't. Map didn't even try.
