Now that Stardock has switched from Stardock Central to Impulse, which requires .NET 2.0, GalCiv2 is completely broken. The game should still technically be able to run, but there is no way to properly activate it without Impulse. You cannot do it using Bootcamp or Parallels because it generated a unique ID# paired with the copy of Windows and the machine you use, so installing it and copying it into your Crossover bottle causes a SID mismatch. So it looks like we are out of luck until Crossover Games supports .NET.
