Working good in CXG 9.x and Mac -- Steam version

Requires installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Redistributable into
your existing Steam bottle -- fullscreen or emulated virtual desktop modes
both working great -- game is hardcoded to 800x600 ....no problems found
thus far...silver for now.
