I have tried everything but i cant get directplay to work :(

is crossover eventually going to support directplay?

I suspect this is more a case of such supports becoming
available in Wine first, than actually a case of whether
crossover supports it or not. You could try native dll's
instead, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't work all the time..

Hmm i tried that and dxdiag says that all the dlls are there but if i go to the network tab and try and test directplay it says it was cancelled prematurely :(

Can't see the image....but at any rate, if that's happening
after doing the directplay stuff, it's debuglog time....

....actually, I did a directplay c4p for another user around
the forums after I looked at the winetricks script and realized
the 'winetricks directplay' target wasn't going to work ; I can't
recall which app they were fighting with, but they reporting it
fixed things for them...I can't publish the c4p (it doesn't adhere
to our usage guidelines), but you're welcome to it if you want to
give it a try - let me know...
