Agent works well in my installation. As mentioned by someone else, the help file does not run. I'm going to see if that can be fixed with some fiddling around with the installation but we'll see. If no one else has got it working directly from within the program, I might not be able to, either.
Minimizing the window takes a double-click instead of a single click. Different but it does work. You can also minimize the application by clicking on the taskbar button.
Are you using 6.0.1 or 6.1.0? Somehow I was under the impression you were using the later. 6.1.0 is the one that caused the crashing for me.
Side note: I am logged in as me, but for some strange reason your name is listed in the From: line. If this posts like this, we have found a bug in the message board. (And will reply in private as I think I know why)
