Agent 7.x won't download small PAR2 or RAR files

Hello,

I've just re-installed Agent 7.x on a new Win11 SSD & for some strange reason I cannot retrieve small (less than 1MB) Par2 & also any RAR file smaller than a few KB. I keep getting the error 'File is no longer available'. I'm running the same version of Agent on another Win11 PC & have no issues with downloading the same type files on that PC. Any help would be appreciated.
