Program Error at starting game

I managed to install the game via the CrossOver unsupported installation, and it did even fully patch, but as soon as you click the start button from the patch, you get an error message saying:
"Program Error
The program game.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This can be cause by a problem in the program or a deficiency in Wine."
And it recommends to check this forum, so as I saw no one had posted anything, here it is.
Would really appreciate if anyone could tell they went even further and played the game, or got a different error, or managed to solve this one.
NOTE: It also fully patchs the XTrap... maybe that's the problem?
Thanks for your time.

I don't have a specific suggestion, but here's an article in our support library for general approaches to getting programs working: http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/CXGames_UnsupportedTips

Thanks Ken, when I got the time I'll try to make and see if it works =]
Just got some tests coming right now XD
Will let you know later

i would try installing DirectX 9 in the bottle

I would try installing it into a Perfect World game bottle. They are from the same publisher, maybe have the same dependencies.

I would like to know if you get this running. I am looking forward to this game.

using the same bottle doesnt work in this situation. I've tried creating my own bottle (posted in other forsaken world thread) but that also failed.

What i've noticed about this game is that it requires 2.0 shader model or higher...unlike all the other perfect world games!
does this have to do with anything with the actual game client not functioning?
