Hello fellow FL studio users,
I am starting a recording project with some friends, and we are experiencing some difficulties setting up the studio with our US-144MKII audio interface. As the the title says, we are running FL studio 10 through crossover on an iMac. More specifically, when I try and select the the US-144MKII as the input/output in the audio settings (in FL Studio 10), the program sends a popup telling me that my audio interface is not an ASIO driver, and that an asio driver is required for recording audio. Furthermore, on my PC at home, the US-144MKII appears as an ASIO driver, and I can use it as such. I have read on some threads in this forum that I ought to install the wine-asio driver through Jack OS X (www.jackosx.com), though I don't see how that will help. The US-144MKII driver is already installed on the Macintosh itself, but would it help to install the audio interface's sound driver through Jack OS X?
Bearing all this in mind: How can I get FL Studio 10, being run through crossover on an iMac, to accept my US-144MKII as an asio driver so we can make a recording using that audio interface?
