When I scroll down towards the bottom on the step sequencer, the display messes up. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

you just reproduced a well known glitch for us all to see. It is caused by the fact that wine does not send information about how much video ram is available to fl studio therefore fl studo assumes that only standard vga memory is available and limits to just that much. It can be reproduced in Windows too if no driver is installed for your video adapter. I am sure that given enough time, the bug since it is only a graphical one, will be fixed in due time within the wine project itself.
