Installation fails

For now FP cannot be installed.
The installation fails because it cannot create a special folder in the %WINDIR%\system32\spool... directory.

I tried to create the folders %WINDIR%\system32\spool\drivers\w32x64\FpForms7 manually. But unfortunately it doesn't help.
