Error 3109

Hi everyone. I have a Mac, and I'm using Crossover to launch the Windows free trial version of FF14, but when I get to the Data Centre page, no matter which DC I select I get the same error and I am unable to play the game. The error I get is code 3109 (stating that my game isn't registered). Does anyone know how to solve this?

That is a Squeenix account error.

Check your account on the Mogstation. You may have created a second Service account under your username. If so, you’re using the wrong service account.
