System error -2147221164 on starting up launcher

I get the message "A system error has occurred: -2147221164 HTTPS System Error" immediately whenever I start up the launcher for XIV on Crossover. I was wondering if anyone else runs into this issue and if there are any possible fixes? Thank you for any help that may be provided.
