I've got this problem when I run with a background resolution of 1024x1024 the bottom part is 25% black, the chat window still draws properly.

I've got this problem when I run with a background resolution of 1024x1024 the bottom part is 25% black, the chat window still draws properly.
Here's a pic of the issue.
This only seems to happen when it run in 1024x768 mode. 1280x1024 with a background draw 1024x1024 doesn't have this problem.
