Fidelity Active Trader Pro Forum

Hi, I just downloaded and installed ATP, and I have a question. It shows all my accounts just fine, and shows their history etc. Clearly my accounts are in the system.

But strangely, even though it appears to let me make conditional trades, it won't let me make a trade under Stocks & Options. Instead, the screen is grayed out and it shows the error message, "In order to trade equities and options you must have a brokerage account. Please contact Fidelity under customer service ..." etc. etc. Something's not working right. Since this is purely technical, I'd rather not throw this at Fidelity first thing, I'm sure this is not their forte. Any ideas?

I didn't get quite as far as Blake. When I try to launch ATP, I get a Windows message saying "Authentication Database Corrupt or Missing" Did you get ever get this message, Blake?
