Failure to install

I have the Fate / Fate Undiscovered Realms CD. I get a nice chooser for picking which one to install, then a new window pops up, with lots of "broken link" - style images and one WildTangent logo. Nothing happens after this. I tried clicking around, in case one of the images was an "install" button, but no actions result.
