Fallout 3 awful performance

Hi,

I have installed Fallout 3, NV and 4 from GOG.
Fallout 3 is a laggy mess even with lowest settings and low resolution, while NV works in 4k in the same bottle.

It seems like it's running in slow motion, even jumping takes forever.

Is there any fix?
I'm on latest Crossover and Mac OS.
