This process fixes a lot of issues for Bethesda's Fallout and Elder Scrolls Games.
1) Install the GOG.com version of Fallout 4 using the Installer.exe and all data files, either by manual download or using GOG Galaxy. Install Fallout 4 using a Windows 10, 64-bit bottle.
2) Bethesda Audio Override : Go into wine configuration and add the following libraries (.dll files) into the Fallout 4 Bottle. You first open the libraries tab and then you can copy and paste each file name and click "Add". Once you have added all the audio libraries, click "Apply" then click "Ok"

3) Close out of Wine Configuration and now open the Icon for Fallout 4. You will be shown the launcher, after which you should allow your graphics and audio settings to be configured, then start Fallout 4! There will be occasional crashes when looking at the Pip Boy Screen, which can be solved on a Macbook by closing your Macbook Pro or Macbook Air and opening again, along with clicking on the Fallout4.exe in the Dock to get back into the game. Overall, the game is not smooth, but it does run relatively well.
That's it for getting the game running on Crossover 24!
If you are trying to use the Steam Version of the Game, apply the Wine Configuration technique to the Steam Bottle instead of the Fallout 4 game bottle.
