I have recently bought Fallout 3 on Steam and downloaded it. Whenever I go to Steam or the game to launch, I reach an out of game menu. Whenever I select to Play Fallout 3, it closes, but the game never launches. Help please. I have some understanding of coding but breaking down the steps would be much appreciated.

I previously looked at the how to, and I have no idea whatsoever on how to get "msasn1.dll". It says to use a legitimate copy of Windows, but I might not have a copy.
