Please can someone make a step by step guid how to install Fallout 3 via steam

Guys,
All i want is to play my steam games in crossover. How do I do that?
I have installed steam via crossover and have downloaded the game (fallout 3) but it doesn't work. I have installed .Net 2 to the bottle but nothing happens once I click play. Please help!
