Excuse me Please:
I would like to use the game EverQuest II on Ubuntu 14 via the current version of Wine v1.6.2 as well as Winetricks.
I do admit to a considerable amount of faded knowledge regarding Ubuntu, so I am lacking the understanding of not only what I lack, but also how to properly ask.
I copied the entirety of the EverQuest II directory from an external HD to the local HD.
I can only state the when launching via Wine both Launchpad.exe, eq2.exe, and everquest2.exe all show themselves as "starting..." then nothing happens.
Is there a way I may determine, ie, Step by Step, that all is in order for the current Wine install to properly run EverQuest II?
