We'll need more information: Are you using Mac or Linux? Which OSX version or Linux distro? What kind of hardware, especially the graphics card, do you use? If on Linux, which driver do you use for your GPU (Proprietary Nvidia / AMD or the open source drivers)?
This has been addressed in the previous thread.
The issue is when there the host computer (mac) uses an Intel graphics card. There seems to be a bug in the driver from Apple. The last update we had is that Codeweavers has been able to pin point the driver error and report the bug to Apple. We have not had an update since.
