Corefonts needed in CX12

Installed from tie in CX11. Worked great

Updated to CX12, tried to launch the game. The patcher came up and I hit the big play button. It paused for a bit like normal, then came up with "Cannot init font: Arial."

Installed corefonts package into the bottle, now it loads properly. I'm not sure if this can be added to the tie, not quite sure how building a tie works.

My mouse was not working right, it was moving the mouse to another part of the screen when I would click. I turned off the managed desktop, now it seems to work properly. I may try turning it back on in case it was a freak thing.

The fonts seem to be identical to Windows now, likely because installing core-fonts actually works now. I had tried before on CX11, but it came up with "failed to init font: (can't remember which font now)" so I was stuck with ugly fonts.

Performance seems about the same.

Edit: You can run in managed desktop mode, you just have to also check the box that allows the mouse to be captured. It is in the same spot as setting managed desktop.

Installing Corefonts worked perfectly for me.

I noticed a bit of a performance upgrade, of course that was only trying it out for 2 minutes. I will report back, but performance seems to have improved.

Hello,

I added MS core-fonts as a pre-dep. Crosstie will be back when ninjas get a chance to review it. Sorry for the minor inconvenience.

Bit of an update:

Performance is still pretty bad for me compared to Windows, but it is manageable. However, I have run into another problem where my character seems to warp around when I'm running around. This makes it quite hard to participate in groups, and is why I can't use Linux to play EQ2.
