Crosstie broken because of changed download location

The crosstie file no longer works, because this downloader:
http://launch.soe.com/installer/EQ2X_Streaming_setup.exe
... has been removed.

This downloader still works:
http://launch.soe.com/installer/EQ2_Streaming_setup.exe

Since there's only one version of Everquest II now, the crosstie can just use the second link.

How do I make crosstie use the other link? I can't figure out where to change it.

Download the installer manually using the second link. Then start installing using the crosstie, and when you're asked to confirm the installation, you can select the downloaded file.
