Seems they have folded the EQ2 and EQII listing into one, since I can't find the EQ2 listing anymore.
We pulled the two entries together this week. We try to make it so that there are not duplicate entries of each application.
Hey, Caron
Which forum should we post into? Little bit confused at this point.
Thanks,
All of the forum entries from EQ2 should have come over to EQII, so that they are now all tied to EQII. If something is missing we need to know ASAP; all advocates, tips, ranks, forum threads and screen shots should be available in the EQII entry and EQ2 should no longer be available.
Well I'm listed twice in the advocate section, if it matters.
^_^ - one advocate, twice the fun!
We'll get it updated in the next few days, there is something catching on the code for advocates of merged applications. When I go in to edit it you are only there once, making it a much more interesting problem. But, I do see you listed twice when browsing the app.
Hi there:
I'm trying to install EQ2 onto my Mac. I have the CD's installed, and it started to download the patch (I am installing the newest expansion - Shadow Oddessy). It goes through the scanning files rather fast. Then starts to do a large download.
After a few minutes, it stops "updating" and the update button (the big "red" one") turns gray and under the "experience bars/progress bars" it says update complete, yet there is a smaller "download" that turns white. (At this stage if it indeed had been done updating the big red button would say "Play". I click the download button, it scans ultraquick, the red button flashes red UPDATING and then it goes back to gray with the white download button.
Can anyone help me with what I need to do at this point? :)
Thanks!
I'm not sure what it could be since I don't have that expansion. Try restarting it various times as it seems the updating gets timed out.
I know that when I did the updating it took an insanly long time. Longer that it would've taken on windows.
