Currently, no videos will play ingame. A white screen will be shown instead. It's possible to skip this by pressing Esc.
The actual video files reside in a directory called "movie" within the game's installation directory. They have the .e17 extension, but are actually mpeg files which can be played with any media player of your choice, such as mplayer.
