Eve Online now has a native launcher that loads the windows exe/dlls from a wine prefix.

Hopefully the nice folks at Crossover will create a crosstie to run the native launcher in a custom bottle.
You can do this, by launching the custom launcher, then selecting "Use Custom Wine" and pointing it to your crossover install. It's a bit tricky but it works. Not sure if there is any value in that over using the launcher in wine however.
