The upcoming release of EVE (Incarna, due to be live later today) will have trouble connecting with the game servers in Crossover Games.

We've pushed a patch for this issue in our "nightly builds", which are the experimental builds that have all the latest-and-greatest patches but also tend to be unstable. If you have access to the nightly builds, already, you can feel free to try out the latest with the Incarna client.

If you don't have access, or would prefer to wait, we'll be checking the nightlies with Incarna later today/tomorrow morning to make sure it won't utterly destroy your Crossover configuration. Once it gets the all-clear, we'll post instructions on this forum for acquiring the build in question.

EVE Incarna is currently live.

As has been the case for a little while now with Crossover, you'll need to manually download the patch from EVE's website and then run that .exe in the same bottle as EVE in order to patch successfully.

We have nightly builds available if you should find that you need them, but you might not. We recommend patching your client with Crossover Games 10.1 still in place, and then try playing.

If you have server connection problems, you can download "nightly builds" here:

Install over your current version of Crossover Games. This shouldn't mess with any of your other bottles, but to be on the safe side you might want to archive your other game bottles prior to upgrading to the nightly.
