Need Help With Eve Jukebox Crash Please..

So I reccently picked up eve and started playing and have noticed my game crashes after logging in about 3 seconds later...

I read here in the forums that installing windows media player 9 and another file fix it..

so far all the tutorials ive seen show how to do this in winetricks... Ive installed Windows media player but need to link the mp3support could someone please assit me with this?
