higly instable

I've been running cx games trial, and I've noticed eve-online crashes lots while in premium at least. I was in fleet op last time I crashed and FPS was ok with a 70person fleet until it eventually crashed.
Any ETA on the char background fixing? Wine has solved this a few weeks ago.

I think I will not buy cx games due to this highly instabillity, however I only have 3 days of trial left.
Any tips?

Hi,
Do the crashes occur without the premium graphics enabled as well? Knowing that is helpful for isolating the bug. Which system and graphics driver do you use?

I am not sure which char background bug you are refering to, do you have a Wine bug number, or any description of the bug? I am working on an updated cxgames build which will use the upcoming wine 0.9.59, that will most likely include the fix. However, I have a few regressions to fix first, one affecting eve as well.

Thanks,
Stefan

I still didn't try cx games with premium off.(I have all my settings at normal wine in classic so I ended up not trying).I will try and let you know.
I have a gf 7700 with 169.12 drivers. (btw that last crash was with sound off I believe)

I've been playing since last post , with classic engine and I had no crash at all. Didn't try fleet. Will change back to premium.
Btw, my crashes...the game stops and pid remains until I kill it.

So I switched back to premium, and it was ok for belt ratting.....someone called me..I joined a big fleet action and I missed a carrier kill because the client just stopped :(

So still major stability problems with premium graphics on. I guess I'll go back to debugging...

let me know what I can do to help. Guess I can end up buying cx games anyways. Since cedega lost its way and codeweavers follows the "wine" path.

I've been trying the development unreleased version of crossover games as soons as I got the e-mail from crossover, and i've been playing in premium for around 4 hours in rat belting, and it has around 20-30 fps in belt ratting, with all effects on. So far, solid as a rock.
In this session there was a small pvp op that held fine too.
Avatar creation for players characthers seems 100% now.
Oh, by the way
