EVE Online Forum

It seems to be a common problem, but, ive yet to see a thread which offers any kind of solution...

Anyone know of a fix for the problem, im prepared to upgrade to an x1800xt if need be to get this running, at the moment i have to either use my macbook pro or reboot my macpro into WinXP, which i dont like doing.

Maybe I should have tried updating to the latest 6.2 before posting this thread... which ive just done and now Eve:Online is working, im getting quite bad graphics distortion around the window border, but, it works (audio and everything)

I'm glad that 6.2 fixes the issue; that's one of the things we specifically worked on.

The graphics distortion around the window border is a known consequence of using Wine's virtual desktop window with a program which tries to use a full-screen graphics mode.
