Enterprise Architect 8.x Forum

Hi,

Is there anyone who have succeeded in using the subversion support for Enterprise Architect on a Mac? I have tried both with and without the svngate.exe.so that is provided by CodeWeavers, but with no luck.

Hi Erlend,

Here are the steps.

1. Install a SVN client into the bottle with EA. (I used Slik SVN).
2. Open a WINE command prompt by running
   wineconsole cmd
3. Open a Text editor to construct the command line
   <path_to_svn_exe> co <path_to_repository> <svn_path> --username <username> --password <password>
4. Copy the command line above to the WINE command prompt.
5. This should check out the respository and cache the creditionals that Enterprise Architect needs.
6. Configure EA to use the SVN repository.
