Can install and run EA 15 but connection to remote cloud server fails

Hello,
If anyone can help out? I successfully installed and can open Sparx EA 15. I connect to a cloud server hosted by our company. In a Wine only installation, I did not have an issue, but under CrossOver 19, I get an error OLEDB missing functionality.
I am trying to understand if there are missing libraries or if it is a server-side error.
