EEAH (the GOG version at least) installs fine, starts up to show the title screen, but then stalls and crashes after a few minutes. Tested on an 13" Macbook Pro (2009), with MacOS X 10.6.3 and CrossOver Games 9.0.0.

It's worth testing with the public beta of CrossOver Games 9.1. That fixes a bug which caused fairly widespread crash-on-launch issues with games on the Mac.
I'll give it a try, but since Enemy Engaged appears not to work very well with Wine and derivatives in general, I don't have that much hope.
Yep, I was right: EEAH (and EECH) also doesn't work with CrossOver Games 9.1.0. To be somewhat more precise: the game crashes while initialising the "Comms System" – whatever that's supposed to be.
