I have just tested Endnote 7.0 with the new crossover-pro 3.0.0. There updates of the window backgrounds seem a little better than with 2.1, but there are still some problems. The flickering when a reference is selected is still present though. I would say that the only difference is a slight cosmetic improvement. Other improvements are that file selection windows are now much more responsive.
