Endnote 7 and Word XP

Hello,
I'm new to Linux and Crossover Office, but the installation of both Endnote 7 and Word XP worked fine. But now I'm experiencing some troubles: everytime I use the "Cite while you Write" function Word dies.
Can anybody help me with this issue?

Can you submit a ticket for that? We'd like to improve our
Endnote support in our next rev.
