Word tool box

I realized that if I use the MS Word at least one time before installing Endnote ( I always perform a Custom installation) then the Word Endnote integration toolbox is installed. On the contrary if I did not use the word before Endnote installation I do not get the toolbox.

Can someone confirm this?

(I use word xp)
