Elite Dangerous, can't load odyssey dlc

Hi, I'm returning to Elite after a long break. I got Horizons working on M4 Max macbook through Steam using min-ed-launcher, and it runs great. With the Black Friday sale I decided to buy Odyssey, but after messing around with it for a few hours it seems you have to use the official Frontier launcher to install the DLC. Is there a way to get Odyssey installed without the launcher? Thanks!

Hi Dave,

The launcher is working in CrossOver Preview, and will be working in CrossOver 25, due to be released early next year.
