EC-Lab v10.44 runs well on Linux

I installed EC-Lab 10.44 into a WinXP bottle, but had to install the MS Visual C++ 6.0 Redistributable first. I'm on Linux Mint 17.2 (Ubuntu 14.04)

The software runs very well for data analysis, method setup, etc. I have not tested it for controlling an instrument.
