NEW USER- MAC INSTALL HELP NEEDED

Hi,

I am a brand new user and i am unsure how to install this on my mac; i have read the threads and its all very technical:) Can any one give me a break down as how to install?

The installation steps on the "splash page" for e-Sword are pretty straightforward:

Install Crossover Mac as per step 1, and then download the e-Sword and install as per step 2.

The video on the right-hand side of the page shows Step 2.
