Update:
Install these packages in a winxp bottle:
.net 40
gdi+
msxml6
corefonts
Then install DxO. This works for Pro 8.5. You can start it, download modules (very slow!) and start processing.
There is no progress shown for the processing and it appears to never end, but only consume CPU endlessly.

PS. I had to install winbind for it to work in vanilla wine, but I'm not sure if it's necessary for crossover.
