Requirements not obvious

Dwarfs!? requires .NET framework 3.5 to work. Only the XNA pre-req installer runs during the install, other than that the install will succeed. When launching the game the steam application will launch taking you to the steam app page for the game, after that only a flicker of the screen will occur.
A quick look at the steam diagnostic logs for the game reveals it needs .NET 3.5 which is not currently working as of May 5, 2011.

Maybe should you precise this on bogues or hints, because beginners will not always look at the forum. Thanks for the hint I'll try to find a way.
