DvdFab HD Decrypter 4.1.2.0 works in Debian Etch

This new version works well, at default options, in CrossOver Office 6.2.0 using the deb package in Debian 4.0 Etch.
The already cited trick for changing configuration at the previous dvd fab 4.0.5.5 forum thread is still needed.
