I am currently having a problem with the graphics resolutions in DDO. I like running the game in a window, but it seems I only have two resolutions available, 1024x768 and 3360x1050 (the total resolution of my 2 1680x1050 screens). The larger resolution is very distorted, and the mouse is so out of synch it is unusable.

I am running DDO under Linux, and was working fine under KDE, but when I switched over to Mint with the new version, It is not working anymore.

Any idea how I can get the game to run in a 1680x1050 window without disabling one screen?

My solution was to change the wine config to a virtual desktop and set the resolution I want there. Then you can run DDO full-screen, and it will fill the virtual desktop. The virtual desktop window will have normal X Windows borders and controls.
