PyLotro Installer does not "Find" DDO

I have finished the entire downloading and installation process of DDO. The next step, according to the help post, would be to go to the PyLotro launcher, settings wizard, and then select find games w/ DDO. But for whatever reason, the launcher will not find the game. Please help if possible.

If it's helpful to note, the installation failed the first time, but installed a PyLotro launcher. It installed a second one after the second installation, but this one crashes when opened.
