I have a working prefix installation with wine using the pylotro script, then read about crossover yesterday and their promotion. On the website it looked to me that DDO is supported with rating etc. (actual the only Windows application that matters to me):

So I bought Crossover today (also as kind of donation for the effort) and in the client database DDO is listed as not supported, which means I won't get any help either? I guess I will just do another installation into a prefix(bottle) and see how it runs. Will the Crossover installation script install the pylotro turbine client for me or use the existing script?

OK, some feedback

Not sure what or where crossover installed pylotro, I used the script one I had already installed in /usr/local/bin.
Within the pylotro client, I ran the wizard and chose Crossover Office as Application to find the game.

Patching doesn't work because the prefix/bottle Crossover created contains spaces and I get the error 'Dungeons' cannot be found when I try to patch the game.

So I copied the prefix folder in ~/.cxoffice to Dungeons_and_Dragons_Online_Eberron_Unlimited (takes ~14GB disc space), started manage bottles, imported the copied folder and removed the bottle with spaces in the name. Then start pylotro and run thw wizard again, patching works fine now.
