I've been unable to play Neverwinter online in Linux Mint since they released their most recent expansion, Elemental Evil. It's been about 2 weeks, and none of their patches for Windows have affected my Linux problem. I've tried different options within their launcher, but all of them result in the same error:

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function d3d11.dll.D3D11CreateDeviceAndSwapChain called in 32-bit code (0x7b83d472).

Does anyone have suggestions that might help?

I would search for ways to "force" the game to run in DirectX 9 mode (if there is any).

On Mac not working

I'm having the same problem on OSX. Has anyone come up with a fix?

I don't have a copy of the game to test, but it might help to set d3d11, d3d10, and dxgi libraries to 'disabled' in winecfg.
