ArcDefender stucked

Hi,

I tried a fresh install from the Tie file.
It use Arc, and ArcDefender.
Everything seem fine exempt that I never receive my PIN via email.
First you should think it's an Arc error ...
Not sure ; I was wondering if ArcDefender is allow to request this PIN from my bottle ?
