So the title of the thread is exactly the problem I'm having. I got past the loading screens and then at the calibration screen it will not let me click the ok or advanced buttons. For a brief moment it highlighted them and made a noise as if I'd clicked them, but nothing.

I tried restarting it and I got a popup asking to enter a code for a new computer accessing my account and it lets me type in the code but not click anything.

So it's not so much that I'm stuck at calibration as it isn't registering my mouse clicking buttons...thingy....

Any ideas?

Hmm, I'd try to run that thing in an emulated virtual desktop, it should allow you to click the buttons. Set the correct resolution in that mode, then disable emulated desktop and try running the game again.
