Using DW MX (6.1) under SuSE 9.0 FTP Install with Crossover Office 2.1.0
In the File | New dialog, the tabs (General / Templates) do not switch properly. When you attempt to switch tabs, the tab contents become blank and will not reappear no matter which tab you select.
The work-around:
Use the Assets tab (Window | Assets or F11) and select Templates. Select the desired tempalte and right-click. Select 'New From Template'.

FWIW - it looks like DW is not refreshing the tabs properly. If you click where the list boxes should be, they do 'come back to life' and redraw themselves - perhaps an issue for the cxoffice devs to look at?
